Our Order and Return Policies
- If an item arrives damaged, we provide a full refund or replacement once photo proof is submitted.
- If the wrong item is sent, we cover the full cost of refund or reshipment.
- Variations in color or material may occur and are covered by an “as-is” disclaimer shown during checkout.
- Minor imperfections within tolerance (for example, up to 5% off specification) are acceptable and not eligible for return.
- Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantees but reasonable efforts made to assist.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
