At Albert Living, we don’t just build houses; we create homes that feel complete from day one. Our company was started by a group of architects and engineers who realized that building a home in Australia was often too complicated.

We wanted to make the process smoother by handling everything in one place.

We combine professional construction with an online shop of over 500 curated furniture pieces. This allows us to design your space and fill it with the right décor at the same time, saving you the hassle of shopping around later.

We take care of the entire journey for you. This includes the very first sketches, the headache of council permits, the actual building work, and even the placement of your final sofa. We are here to turn your initial ideas into a finished, move-in-ready masterpiece.

This phase transforms your vision into a buildable reality. Our architects and engineers collaborate on a structurally bold, functional design while we manage the "red tape"—from demolition permits to final building approvals. We conclude this stage with photorealistic 3D renderings and full material selections, ensuring every detail is finalized before a single brick is laid.

Construction & Handover

From the first site break to the final walkthrough, we manage the entire physical execution of your home. This encompasses groundwork, structural framing, and lock-up, followed by the meticulous internal fit-out of cabinetry and finishes. Our process culminates in a rigorous quality inspection, the securing of your Occupancy Permit, and the handover of your new keys.
